Two different benefits: the joining Home Health Assessment counts as your first annual visual review. Your separately included planned maintenance visit provides up to 60 minutes of labour in one visit each membership year.

Extra repairs, materials, parts and services outside the membership are charged separately and agreed before work proceeds. Read all benefits and exclusions. Existing cancellation rights and terms remain applicable.

Casa Cares is not insurance or emergency breakdown cover. Repairs, materials, emergency attendance and specialist inspections are not included unless the final membership agreement expressly says otherwise.
