£149 Survey Cost Review

  1. Upload and pay. Provide your survey, property details and concerns through the existing upload form, then pay £149 securely.
  2. Casa reviews suitability. Casa checks the documents and may request further information to provide a useful review.
  3. Receive your report. The stated turnaround is three working days after payment and an acceptable complete upload. Access the completed report through the Client Hub when available.
  4. Choose your next step. Request a local home inspection or a repair quotation if needed. Membership may suit eligible properties in Casa’s service area.

Home Inspection

  1. Request your inspection. Tell Casa about the property and the concerns you want investigated.
  2. Agree scope and access. Confirm the appropriate service, price and appointment arrangements with Casa.
  3. Complete the visit. Casa carries out the agreed visual inspection and prepares the report.
  4. Review and follow up. Open the completed report in the Client Hub once made available. Ask Casa about quotations or additional work where required.

Casa Cares Membership

  1. Choose your plan. Review eligibility, monthly or annual pricing and the existing membership terms before checkout.
  2. Arrange your assessment. Your joining Home Health Assessment counts as your first annual visual review.
  3. Build your home record. View the findings, photographs and documents Casa adds to your Member Area.
  4. Plan ongoing care. Arrange the separately included annual visit of up to 60 minutes. Contact Casa for advice and separately quoted additional work.
