CASA VISUAL HOME INSPECTION
Book a pre-purchase home inspection in Manchester for practical, builder-led advice before you buy. We can accompany you to a property viewing to discuss proposed works and indicative costs, or follow up concerns in a Level 2 or Level 3 survey. Available across Greater Manchester and selected North West areas.

ACCOMPANIED BUYER VIEWINGS · NO SURVEY REQUIRED
Bring Casa to a viewing to discuss the building work you have in mind before you buy. From removing a wall or renovating a kitchen to exploring an extension or loft conversion, we can discuss practical options, indicative costs and the further checks needed.
Advice is based on what is visible and the information available. Structural feasibility, permissions and fixed quotations may require further investigation. Indicative costs are budget guidance, not a fixed quotation or confirmation that the proposed work is feasible.
£295 including VAT covers one local property viewing of up to 60 minutes, discussion of visible concerns and proposed works, indicative cost ranges and a short written summary afterwards. Larger properties, extensive renovation plans or longer journeys may require a higher fee, agreed before booking. Tell us the property address, listing link if available, preferred viewing date and time, agent’s details and proposed works. Casa confirms the scope, fee and availability before booking.
SECOND OPINION ON LEVEL 2 OR LEVEL 3 SURVEY FINDINGS
A survey may recommend further checks on damp, roofing or structural concerns. Casa offers a contractor’s perspective on the likely building work, supported by a visual visit. We do not reclassify a RICS survey or certify that its findings are correct; specialist investigations may still be necessary.

Casa provides a visual, non-intrusive building inspection and practical estimates for proposed works. This service is not an RICS Home Survey, property valuation, structural engineer's report or specialist test, and it does not replace professional legal or surveying advice. Electrical, gas, drainage, asbestos and other specialist investigations are separate services where required.
