This service is not a RICS survey, a structural engineer's report, an electrical test, a gas test, a drainage survey, an asbestos survey, a valuation or a fixed quotation. It does not verify the survey on site or identify concealed defects.

Is my survey report right?
A remote cost review cannot verify a survey’s findings or identify concealed defects. We explain the reported building issues and their possible cost implications. Ask your surveyor to clarify their findings; a site visit or specialist investigation may be needed to establish the cause and scope.
Do I need a visit instead?
If you want visible concerns assessed at the property, consider a pre-purchase visual home inspection in Greater Manchester. The £149 Survey Cost Review is available UK-wide and includes no site visit.
