What happens during a Casa Cares annual home maintenance visit?

Keeping on top of small maintenance issues can help homeowners plan repairs before they become bigger jobs. A Casa Cares membership includes one planned home visit each year, with up to 60 minutes of labour.

During the visit, we can look at the concerns you have noticed and carry out suitable small maintenance tasks within the included time. The visit is a practical check, not a full building survey, and it cannot uncover every hidden or developing defect.

If a job needs more time, materials or specialist work, we will explain what is needed and provide a separate price before carrying out additional work. This means you can decide what to do next without assuming that larger repairs are included in the membership.

Casa Cares is a home maintenance membership, not insurance. It offers plans for eligible owner-occupied homes and rental properties in its service area. Check the pricing and membership information pages for the plan and eligibility details that apply to your property.

If you want help keeping track of maintenance around your home, contact Casa Cares to check whether your property is eligible.
